Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship your order within 3-5 business days after your size details have been confirmed.(Business days are based on China’s public holidays.)

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
To ensure the best possible fit, our team may contact you to reconfirm size details before shipment.
If we do not receive a response within 48 hours after reaching out, in order to avoid delivery delays, we will proceed with production and shipment according to the size selected at checkout.
While we strive to ship within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to stock availability, production adjustments, or logistics factors. Should this happen, we will inform you promptly.

Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid in accordance with local customs regulations.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please note: If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned for reasons attributable to the customer — including but not limited to unpaid duties/taxes, incorrect address details, or failure to complete customs clearance — all associated costs, including original shipping, return shipping, duties, taxes, and handling fees, will be deducted from any eligible refund.
